Periods & menstrual health
Painful, heavy or irregular periods? You don't have to just put up with it.

What we treat
Who it's for & what we treat
Period problems are common, but that doesn't mean they're normal. If your periods are painful, heavy, or irregular enough to affect your life, our GPs can investigate the cause and offer effective treatments — from hormonal management to specialist referral.
- Pain & bleeding assessment
- Iron studies & blood tests
- Pelvic ultrasound referrals
- Hormonal treatment options
- Pain management plans
- Investigation for endometriosis & other causes
The consult
What happens in the consult
We talk through your cycle, pain, bleeding and how it affects your daily life — no dismissing.
Your GP arranges appropriate blood tests and, if needed, a pelvic ultrasound to investigate the cause.
You leave with a plan — which may include hormonal treatment, pain management, or a specialist referral.
