We collect personal information you provide when booking, including your name, contact details, and information relevant to your health and the care you seek. We may also collect information generated during your telehealth consultations.
How we use your information
Your information is used to provide you with healthcare, arrange scripts, referrals and tests, communicate with you about your care, and meet our legal and professional obligations.
Storage and security
Health records are stored securely using encryption and access controls. We retain records in line with Australian medical record-keeping requirements.
Disclosure
We only disclose your information where necessary for your care (for example, to a pharmacy or specialist), where you consent, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
