Why we collect your information
Women's Health GP collects your personal and health information so that our AHPRA-registered GPs can provide you with safe, appropriate healthcare, and so we can administer your bookings and follow-up care.
What happens if you don't provide it
If you choose not to provide certain information, we may be unable to provide you with a consultation or specific treatment, as our GPs need accurate information to care for you safely.
Who we may share it with
Your information may be shared with pharmacies, pathology providers, specialists and other healthcare providers involved in your care, and with third parties where required or authorised by law.
Overseas disclosure
We store your information within Australia. We do not routinely disclose your personal information to overseas recipients.
